- On your computer, open Google Calendar.
- On the left, next to “Other calendars,” click Add From URL.
- Enter the Prairie calendar’s address.
- Click Add Calendar. The calendar appears on the left, under “Other calendars.”
- Tip: It might take up to 12 hours for changes to show in your Google Calendar.
- In Outlook, select File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
- On the Internet Calendars tab, click New.
- Paste the Prairie calendars address by pressing Ctrl+V, then click Add.
- In the Folder Name box, type the name of the calendar as you want it to appear in Outlook, and then click OK.

PowerSchool is the online system Prairie uses to track family contact information, student health records, and academic history.
Please click the adjacent button to login. Review and update the data in each section listed — first and foremost, “Student/Parent Information” and “Health/Medical Information” — for each child. Don’t forget to change the date and click “Submit” at the bottom of each page, even if your data remains unchanged! If you have multiple children, you will need to complete this process for each child.

CAMP
MANITO-WISH
Our annual four-day trip to Camp Manito-wish in northern Wisconsin is comprised of leadership training, outdoor education, community-building, and formative bonding experiences.
- Parents need to sign an electronic waiver in PowerSchool by Monday, August 12th for their child to attend.
- Complete Manito-wish’s Health Form and deliver it to the Health Office by Thursday, August 1st.
