Most Memorable Athletic Moment
“My most memorable athletic moments come from my experiences with my teammates and coaches. I get my motivation from being pushed by teammates and other swimmers I am competing against. I have met so many people on the pool deck that have added so much to my experience as a swimmer and a student.”
What Being a Hawk Means to Jack
“To be a Prairie Hawk means to be part of something bigger than me. It also means I need to bring something to my team that will strengthen us. I have a lot of respect for my teachers and coaches. Being a Hawk is special, and it means a lot to be part of the Prairie community.”
Jack is not only an exceptional athlete, but also a role model in the Prairie community. His training and leadership show his dedication to pushing himself and supporting those around him.
“Jack is an incredible athlete representing the ideal Prairie student who truly cares about his classmates and community. I loved having the opportunity to teach Jack. He has a great sense of humor, is humble, and is always ready to put in the effort.” – Matt Friedman, Math Teacher
His coach, Myra Fox, echoed this sentiment: “Jack has an incredibly strong drive to be his absolute best, regularly training above and beyond the team’s routines. He loves to mentor newer athletes and is one of the strongest cheerleaders for his teammates. Even with his successes, he is always striving to improve.”
We are excited to see where Jack’s talent and hard work take him next. Good luck to Jack as he competes in four events at the State Swim Meet tonight – go make waves!
