What Being a Hawk Means to Chandler:
“For me, it means being a leader everywhere you go, no matter who is watching,” said Chandler.
Chandler embodies leadership and stability, excelling as a musician, student, and athlete. “Chandler balances multiple different aspects of student life at TPS and has remained a dedicated musician, performing in the US Wind Ensemble and Jazz Ensemble,” said Jamie Breiwick.
His advisor, Katie Gilbertson, added, “Chandler is a Hawk who thinks and cares deeply. He is a welcoming presence in the Prairie community, always smiling and radiating joy in all that he does.”
As a sophomore, Chandler has already made an impression on the basketball court, in track and field, and within the Prairie community. Head Boys’ Basketball Coach Jason Atanasoff summed it up best: “Chandler is an absolute joy to coach and a tremendous example of what an education at TPS can do. He’s a good student, a good musician, a standout multi-sport athlete, and most importantly, he is a kind and caring person to everyone he comes in contact with. While just a sophomore, he has already left an impressive mark, and I know that more is yet to come.”
We can’t wait to see what’s next for Chandler!
