Placement Test for Students in Grades 5-10 (Sat. Feb. 1st)
8:30-11:00AM

All interested MS and US applicants in grades 5-10 are invited to sit for the Placement Test on Saturday, February 1st. The test will begin at 8:30AM and last approximately two and a half hours.

Pre-registration is required by Friday, January 31st.

How to Register for Placement Test

1.) Email Molly Lofquist Johnson, Senior Director of Admission, or Callie Atanasoff, Director of Admission to secure your seat.

2.) Submit a completed Application for Admission. 

3.) Submit a copy of your student’s most recent report card prior to the test either via email, or by bringing in a hard copy on testing day.

The Placement Test, which typically takes 2.5 hours, is required for admission and determines course readiness and participation in Prairie’s scholarship exam. Parents are invited to stay on campus for a faculty-student panel moderated by school administration. The discussion will help you learn more about academics and student life at The Prairie School.
